The Panasonic AG-AC30 is a camera built solely for video production. You can use it both on a tripod and handheld (although I would always recommend using a tripod), and this model also comes with an LED light which is useful for filming in low light conditions. It has two audio channels and two XLR inputs, which enables you to use external microphones with it along with its in built microphone. Overall it is the perfect camera to use for broadcast journalism stories.

  • 20x optical zoom
  • 29.5mm wide-angle lens
  • LED light
  • Two-channel XLR audio input and HDMI output
  • Films in 1080p

If booked from the JNL Media Store, it will come along with a shotgun mic and fluffy, an XLR cable, a mic holder, and a pair of headphones.
